  CARACOL ANOMALY

The company has identified mineralized structures at the Caracol and Caracol 1 anomalies, located 500m north of El Domo deposit. At Caracol and Caracol 1 a total of 29 rock channel samples have been collected, with the lengths varying from 2 to 5 meters.

Significant channel samples returned the following results:
  • Caracol:
    • 2 metres grading 3.11 g/t gold and 0.29% zinc;
    • 16 metres grading 1.98 g/t gold and 1.7 % Zinc, including 6 metres grading 2.80 g/t gold and 2.18 % zinc.
  • Caracol 1:
    • 10 metres grading 5.72 g/t gold and 155 g/t silver.
The gold, silver and zinc mineralization zones are located between hydrothermal breccia structures with silicified clasts in an argilic matrix.  Within the clasts, polymetallic sulphides can be observed (silver mineralization with pyrite, sphalerite and galena).

The next phase of the work program will be geophysics and drilling program.
